1. Contract type

B2B Table

3,000 € + VAT / applicable taxes

Includes:

  • 2 × 2 m space.
  • 1 table.
  • 2 chairs.
  • 1 backdrop (photocall).
  • Presence in the event’s B2B area.
  • Listing in the participating-companies directory.
  • 2 accreditations for B2B exhibitor staff.
Important note: Contracting a B2B Table is not equivalent to a traditional trade-show stand. It does not allow custom builds, additional structures or occupying space outside the assigned area. It includes 2 staff accreditations for Spannabis B2B Bilbao 2027. It does not include general or VIP admission to Spannabis Bilbao 2027 unless expressly stated: if the signing company wishes to access Spannabis, it must request the professional pass from the organization within the established deadline.

2. Billing details

Company scope (Spanish, EU or non-EU)?

The entire contract must be invoiced to a single legal entity.

3. Public company details

These details will be used on the website, participant listing, floor plan, programme, app, newsletters and promotional materials.

4. Products or services to be presented

Will there be physical product on the table?
Will there be samples?
Will there be direct sales?
Will there be tasting, consumption or demonstrations?
The company declares that the products, services and promotional materials presented comply with applicable law and with the event rules. Tick each declaration:
No cannabis plants will be exhibited.
No flowers or resins will be exhibited.
No synthetic cannabinoids will be exhibited.
No products containing psilocybin, psilocin or muscimol will be exhibited.
No legal highs will be promoted or sold.
No unauthorized substances or products will be brought.
Cosmetics, oils, vape products and food supplements will only be presented if they comply with applicable law.

5. Operational needs

Do you need electricity?
Will you bring a screen, tablet, laptop or small display?
Do you need to store material?
Will you ship goods to the BEC in advance?
Any additional element must be approved by the Organization. No object, advertising element or furniture may extend beyond the assigned space.

The contracting company declares that staff taking part in the event will be duly employed, insured and accredited in accordance with applicable regulations.

The amount does not include VAT / applicable taxes. The booking will only be confirmed after acceptance by the Organization and the corresponding payment.

7. Payment terms

  • 40% upon acceptance of the application and issuance of the proforma invoice.
  • 60% before 4 January 2027.

Payment by bank transfer. PayPal payments carry a 4.5% fee on the total. Payments in currencies other than the euro carry an additional fixed charge of 25 € per transaction for currency exchange.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation by the contracting company:

  • 61 days or more: 20% cancellation fee.
  • 60 days or less: 60% of the total amount.
  • 50 days or less: 100% of the total amount.

9. Acceptance and signature

I accept the general contracting terms.
I accept the event’s product and compliance rules.
I declare that the information provided is truthful.
I declare that the signatory has authority to contract on behalf of the company.
I accept that the Organization may modify the assigned location for technical, operational or security reasons.
I accept the privacy policy.
I authorize the use of the logo and trade name in event materials.
I confirm that the company’s activity is compatible with the event rules.
