Note: The sponsorship application is subject to approval by the Organization and to availability of the selected pack. The contract becomes effective after acceptance of the application, issuance of the proforma invoice and the corresponding payment.

Do you authorize the Organization to mention the brand on social media?
Would you like to submit a speaker or panel proposal?
Sponsorship does not automatically guarantee participation as a speaker. Any appearance in the programme is subject to the Organization’s editorial approval.

6. Brand & product compliance

This must be completed even if the sponsor has no table: the brand’s logo and communication are associated with the event.

Does the brand sell products containing cannabinoids?
Does it sell flowers, resins or products not permitted in Spain?
Does it sell products containing psilocybin, psilocin, muscimol or legal highs?
Does the brand wish to display physical product during the event?

The sponsoring company declares that its products, services, advertising messages and promotional materials comply with applicable law and the event rules.

The final amount corresponds to the pack selected in step 1, plus VAT / applicable taxes to be calculated on the proforma invoice.

8. Payment method

100% of the total amount upon receipt of the proforma invoice, by bank transfer to:

9. Cancellation

Without the corresponding payment, this application is not valid and the sponsorship will be cancelled. Once the advertising campaign has started, the sponsorship cannot be cancelled and the signing company must pay the full amount.

10. Acceptance and signature

I declare that the signatory is authorized to contract on behalf of the company.
I declare that the company is up to date with its tax and labour obligations.
I accept that the Organization reviews and approves the company’s participation.
I accept that the Organization may reject products, messages or materials that do not comply with the rules.
I accept that the space, table or sponsorship contracted may not be assigned, resold or sublet without authorization.
I accept that the table location or physical visibility may be adjusted for technical, operational or security reasons.
I accept the cancellation terms.
I accept the privacy policy.
I authorize the use of the trade name, logo and submitted materials to promote the event.

Signature

The data collected will be processed to manage the contracting application, participation in Spannabis B2B Bilbao 2027, invoicing, operational communication and the sending of information related to the event. The company may exercise its rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction by writing to info@spannabis.com.
